1. The term ‘International Combined Co. for Trade Fodder & Livestock’ or ‘ICL’ or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is located at Al-Dhaher Area (South Dhaher) Block 4, Plot No. 900017, Central Slaughterhouse and Livestock Market in Ahmadi Governorate, Kuwait.
2. The term 'You' or ‘The Buyer’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The buyer is required to make payment through our payment gateway. Following payment options are available.

1. K-net
2. Credit / Debit cards
3. Cash on Delivery (This option may or may not be available)

1. The Buyer has to make payment of entire due amount IN CASH at the time of delivery, to our representative and obtain a receipt for the same. Our representative has right not to deliver the product if the buyer fails to pay the due amount. (Note : Our representative do not carry K-net or Credit card machines).
2. Non-delivery of products by our representative due to non-payment by the buyer will not limit or restrict our right to claim the due amount through legal channels.

1. Normal delivery time for all the orders placed through our website are 4-6 hours after receipt of confirm order through our website and payment made in full, or at a time preferred by the customer after this 4-6 hour period has elapsed.
2. Normally, all orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be delivered either on the same or on the next day by 12 PM or at a time specified by the customer.
3. Delivery will be made between 10:00 am to 6 pm.
4. Payment can be made online by Credit card / K-net only.

As a general rule, considering following inherent features of the products, all the sales made by us through online booking are non-returnable and payments received are non-refundable.

1. Perishable nature of the product
2. Products are cut as per specific customer order,
3. Authorized doctors from ‘Public Authority for Food & Nutrition’ checks meat of each slaughtered animal and approves only when it is found fit for human consumption.  

However,

1. Exchange of product will be allowed in cases when product delivered is different than what was ordered for.
2. Full refund of your money will be made in the following cases.

• a) If ordered product is not delivered within 24 hours.
• b) If the product is different than what you ordered for and it is not exchangeable. In this case, product has to be returned to us to claim refund.
• c) If the product could not be delivered due to some unforeseen reasons beyond our control.

We shall be fully relieved from our liability by delivering the ordered product at the address mentioned by the buyer in his order. The buyer has to make necessary arrangements to accept the delivery at the address mentioned by him/her and the person receiving the product should sign for the receipt.

We deliver only Fresh products in sealed plastic bags and all deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles. The buyer should ensure that bags are sealed before receiving and check the contents before signing the receipt. The buyer is also responsible to immediately store the product in the refrigerator.

Please preserve Invoice and receipt as proof of your purchases to make follow-up for delivery & also to claim exchange/refund, if any.

Gross or Net weight of the livestock shown anywhere in the website are indicative only. Actual gross or net weight of the livestock may differ depending upon the breed, origin and season.
